The terms and conditions which will have

your "offer" are as under:
If you choose Credit Card as the mode of
payment, your name as purchaser is the same
as the name appearing on your Credit Card
with which you are making payment for the
purchases.
The delivery slip showing acceptance of
the package by courier will be proof of
acceptance of the products ordered by you.
The address at which delivery of the product
ordered by you are to be made should be
correct and proper in all respects
Typographical errors
In the event a Tunic Fashion World product
is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, Tunic Fashion World
shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price. Tunic Fashion World
shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order
is cancelled, Tunic Fashion World shall
issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price. |
